Nearly two years on from my trip to Saquarema and it still ranks amongst some of the best flying I’ve done. It was so easy – wake up, walk to the hotel by the beach where all our kit was stored, get everything on and go flying. So easy!

Great excursions, from flying down the coast to Arrial do Cabo to going the other way towards Rio Paramotor, to visiting a local farm for a churrasco – this trip had it all for those who wanted to get some flying in, every day.

But it wasn’t just about the flying – there was plenty of time to immerse yourself in the culture… visiting Christ the Redeemer and taking the cable car up to Sugarloaf Mountain were two particular highlights, as was walking down the Copacabana at night!

Everything was arranged perfectly – we had a driver, a ‘local fixer’ and even someone assisting us with customs which helped us get our equipment in and out of the country without hassle.

A great experience, and one which I hope to revisit in the future. Thanks Ricardo and crew.

The camaraderie between the pilots and support had me feeling like everyone really wanted everyone else to succeed and have the most positive experience possible. Although we came from three different continents, I could feel that we all were feed off each other’s positive vibes.
Flying was made so easy. With trusted local experience applied, and knowing that the team has ticked the airspace, weather, and all the other boxes, we could just pick up, fly, and enjoy the spectacular vistas.

Paramotoring along the beaches of Rio was something I never thought I’d be doing! However, after learning the fly and surrounding myself with this fantastic community I’ve flown many miles along beautiful coastal regions of Brazil. Thankyou Ricardo and all the team for making this a reality. I love the support you get from joining a group, being guided safely, and having new adventures with new friends. The balance between flying and experiencing Brazils culture is well coordinated and everything was organised for us. There is really nothing like touring Brazil with a real Brazilian!! I would recommend this to pilots and non pilot families looking for an adventure.
